Hosted AI beyond your plan, billed by use.
Every plan includes a monthly number of AI replies. Prepaid AI credits cover hosted AI usage beyond that, at the per-token rates below.
- AI replies within your plan’s monthly allowance don’t use credits. Once the allowance is used, each AI reply on our hosted AI is charged to your credit balance for the tokens it uses.
- Message translation, the AI setup assistant and test chats also run on our hosted AI, and the tokens they use are charged to your credit balance at the same rates. Translation also counts toward your plan’s monthly translation limit.
- Buy credits from $5 to $1,000 at a time in Billing, or turn on auto top-up with your own amount, trigger and monthly cap. You can turn auto top-up off at any time.
- Usage is settled right after each reply, so your balance can dip slightly below zero; the difference is taken from your next top-up. While your balance is zero or below, hosted AI replies pause and conversations go to your team.
- Used credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
- With your own AI key, AI replies and test chats are billed by your AI provider and don’t use credits. Translation and the setup assistant always run on our hosted AI.

per million tokens
Tokens are small pieces of text, roughly three quarters of an English word on average. A reply is charged for the tokens it reads (your instructions, knowledge and the conversation) and the tokens it writes.
On GPT-5.6 models, input written to the prompt cache is charged at 1.25× the input rate.
What counts as an AI reply?
Each completed AI-generated message to a customer counts as one AI reply. Internal notes and human agent messages are not counted.
What happens when I hit my plan limit?
Your team can keep replying as usual. When a workspace reaches its monthly AI reply limit, new AI replies pause until the limit resets next month, whether the AI runs on our hosted AI or your own key. On our hosted AI, prepaid AI credits keep it replying past the limit. You can upgrade anytime in Billing.
Can I bring my own AI model key?
Yes, on every plan. Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenAI-compatible key. It is stored encrypted and used only for your workspace’s conversations. Your plan’s monthly AI reply limit still applies. You can also use our hosted AI with no key of your own.
Do you charge per agent?
No. Each paid plan is one monthly price for your whole team, up to the plan’s agent limit. Adding a teammate doesn’t change the price.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
The workspace owner or an admin upgrades in Billing. To switch plans or billing interval later, use Manage subscription in Billing; the new price and any prorated amount are shown before you confirm. You can cancel at the end of the billing period, or switch back to Free right away — the rest of the paid period isn’t refunded.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Pay yearly and get 2 months free on Pro and Business. The yearly price equals 10 months of the monthly price, charged once a year in advance.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We don’t refund partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades or used AI credits. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we’ll review it. If a payment is refunded or you open a chargeback with your bank, your workspace is suspended and the AI credits that payment bought are removed from your balance.
